Joe Jackson is reportedly creating a Michael Jackson Neverland inspired “Happy Land Resort”, according to Roger Friendman’s Showbiz 411.

The reporter bumped into Michael Jackson’s father in Cannes, which is also where Janet Jackson, Michael’s sister is right now.
