Welcome to art, culture and travel with me Anthony King. I’m recording this on the evening of the 18th June 2024 and I’m currently in Pristina, Kosovo. It’s been an incredible trip with lot’s going on. I’ve already met quite a few dignitaries on my trip across the Balkans this year, from Presidents to Bishops to Prime Ministers, including even our own former Prime Minister, Tony Blair, a few days ago. However, today, I had the privilege of meeting the Prime Minister of Kosovo. Prime Minister Albin Kurti was being shown around the new war stories museum in Pristina, which is at Reporting House. There was no more than 5 or 10 people in the building plus his entourage, security and staff. I thought you might want to see a little of the behind the scenes of what a Prime Ministerial visit looks like close up! We will be returning to Reporting House because it’s really insightful and the staff should be very proud.
