Today I’ll be taking you on a photographic tour of the fake Modigliani by Elmyr de Hory at the Es Baluard in Palma, Spain, along with some other lovely pieces of art by the likes of Picasso and the beautiful museum itself. There is obviously a story behind this … I have seen many original Modigliani’s across the world and I can assure you that it’s impossible, with the naked eye to see any difference. I highly recommend you watch Orson Welles’s 1973 docudrama “F for Fake” which will bring you fully up to speed with the deeds of Elmyr de Hory.
